Wrinkling will have a serious impact on the appearance of the part, especially after painting, serious wrinkling will make the part unable to be repaired and cause the part to be scrapped.
Reason: During the sheet stamping process, the movement of the material is unbalanced, and it is kneaded and cannot be absorbed and eliminated.
Processing ideas: Balance the speed of sheet activity.
Treatment methods: (1) Increase the drawbead by welding and increase the movement resistance of the sheet material; (2) Apply strong pressure to the wrinkled part to reduce the surface gap; (3) Change the shape of the drawbead, such as changing the round bar to a square one. Ribs, or change the size of the draw bead; 4. Increase the size of the blanking parts and increase the effect of the blank holder.
Temporary production methods: (1) Increase the blank holder force of the press; (2) Pad tape at relevant places; (3) Adjust the balance block, reduce some balance block gaskets, and increase the movement resistance of some sheets.

2. Cracks and wound lines (necked)
Cracking generally occurs when a new mold or sheet is debugged. Cracking directly leads to the scrapping of parts. Strain is the limit of cracking of parts. After coating and baking, the material stress is released, which may still cause parts to crack. Therefore, In the stamping production process, the strain of the finished part must be eliminated.
Reason: Due to the smooth movement of the sheet metal, the tensile deformation of the sheet material exceeds the elongation requirement of the material itself during the stamping process, resulting in cracking of the stamping parts.
Processing ideas: Improve the speed of sheet activity.
Treatment methods: (1) Lower the drawbeads by welding to reduce the sheet material feeding resistance; (2) Improve the surface finish; (3) Increase the puncture knife to increase the movable supply of some sheets; (4) Change the shape of the drawbeads; (5) Reduce the sheet metal side standard.
Temporary production methods: (1) Apply lubricating oil at the cracked or damaged line; (2) Appropriately reduce the blank holder force; (3) Adjust the balance block, add some balance block gaskets, and reduce the movement resistance of some sheets.
